FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE GUIDELINES

Scholarships are possible, in part, through Community Development Block Grant funds from the City of Boise & Meridian.

Financial assistance is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, and is contingent upon funding availability.

The amount of financial assistance is determined by household income and is awarded on a sliding scale, based on the following income guidelines:

HOW TO APPLY:

You must apply through the Parent Portal.  A successful application includes:

  1. All questions fully answered on the scholarship application.
  2. Income documentation for each household adult:
    • If employed, copy of the most recent 4-weeks of paycheck stubs.
    • If self-employed, previous year tax return or other recent evidence of self-employment income.
    • Documentation of all income received from sources such as child support, SSI, SSD, food stamps, AFDC, unemployment benefits, student loans, financial assistance, foster care, etc.
  3. If homeless, please provide a letter from the shelter in which you are residing.
  4. If there are other factors we should consider in determining qualification for financial assistance, please include a letter of explanation.

Your child must be signed up as a member in the Parent Portal in order to apply for financial assistance.

Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Please allow 2 weeks for us to process applications.

Scholarships must be renewed annually.
