We are so excited about the recent and upcoming graduations for our six seniors from the Meridian Club. It has been a long and sometimes arduous road, but the hard work has paid off and we are happy to announce that all seven of our grads will be attending college in the fall!
Caleb has been a Club member since the third grade. Over the years we have been entertained by his hilarious antics and awed by his ability to overcome personal hardships. Caleb will be attending Penn State this fall to study psychology. He hopes to become a psychiatrist and help others to overcome their struggles just as he did.
Kayli joined the Meridian Club as a ten-year-old and has grown both physically and in strength of character in her time here. She has been actively involved in Keystone Club, Junior Staff, and was selected as Youth of the Year in 2016. We are immensely proud of her many accomplishments and look forward to seeing what she will do with the rest of her life. Kayli will attend the University of Idaho this fall pursuing a degree in animal science.
Matt joined the Club in his freshman year after being recruited by friends to check it out. Since then, he has become something of a fixture in our teen program. Never one to shy away from the limelight, Matt keeps us laughing with his sense of humor and goofy personality, traits which will likely serve him well as he studies technical theatre at Idaho State University in the fall.
Kory has been a Club member for six years, has served as vice president of the Keystone Club, and an active participant in a number of Club programs. Kory’s technical skills have been put to good use in a number of ways over the years, and his uncanny ability to make us all laugh at just the right moment will certainly be missed. Kory will enroll at College of Western Idaho in the fall to study computer programming.
Richard joined the Meridian Club when he moved from North Carolina in 2014. His happy attitude and infectious smile brighten our days, and his natural athleticism leaves us in awe. Richard will be attending Boise State University in fall.
Tyler has been a Club member since 2010 and in his time here he has overcome his social awkwardness and formed lasting friendships with our other members. Tyler exemplifies the Club values of respect, responsibility, and integrity and we know that he will continue to set himself apart in the best possible ways as he moves forward in life. Tyler will study information technology in the fall.
Best of luck to all of our graduates, we are so proud of you all. Thank you for making the Club a part of your journey!
