Local Farm Provides “Peaceful Belly” to hundreds of Local Club Members

On Thursday, October 19th, 2017 Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County’s Director of Operations, Joey Schueler, and Nutrition Director, Danny Stoddard, drove to Peaceful Belly to receive over 600 pounds of local, fresh, organic red potatoes. This wonderful donation will be served to over 1,000 kids who receive daily meals at the Club! The kids have already had the potatoes included in delicious meals such as one of the suppers served last week, which included a grilled cheese sandwich, tomato soup, mojo potatoes, bananas, and milk.

Whether it’s been for a grand opening, holiday party, special event, or family night, Idaho Pizza Company is always there to support the kids.

“We love helping the children because they really are the future,” says Craig Quintero, vice president of marketing. “When we thought about how we wanted to give back to the community, we decided we wanted to support kids. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County was exactly what we were looking for.”

Darin Driscoll of TVR, Inc. Joins The Board!

We are very excited to announce that we have welcomed a new member to our board of directors! Darin Driscoll acquired a technical degree from Universal Technical Institute in 1985, with an emphasis in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR). In 1994, Mr. Driscoll founded TVR Inc., an Idaho HVACR company located in and serving the Treasure Valley. Through hard work and perseverance, Mr. Driscoll grew TVR from a 1 employee operation into a thriving local business that now employs over 80 Idahoans and has a fleet of nearly fifty vehicles.
