Quest Groups Volunteers at the Moseley Center

Quest Groups Volunteers at the Moseley Center

Last week, volunteers from Quest Groups came and spent a fun-filled afternoon at the Moseley Center in Garden City. The volunteers split into three groups and ran three different activities. Teens learned about jobs in the tech industry and answered trivia questions to earn fun prizes.

Boys & Girls Club Members Go To Bogus Basin!

Thanks to Together Treasure Valley, more Boys & Girls Club members got to experience new special attractions at Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area. Members had a great time playing on the bungee trampoline, inner tube sliding, rock climbing, playing laser tag and field games, exploring with compasses, and getting a lesson on the cycle of water.

If you ever visit our Meridian or Garden City Clubhouses you’ll notice how awesome our grounds and landscape always look.  Well there’s a reason for that – it’s Cutting Edge Landscape.  Cutting Edge, owned by Bob & Tamera Wheeler, and partner Ben Helton, is a commercial landscaping company that provides landscape maintenance, design, and construction in six western states.  For the past four years, they have very generously donated their services to the Boys & Girls Club.

Darin Driscoll of TVR, Inc. Joins The Board!

We are very excited to announce that we have welcomed a new member to our board of directors! Darin Driscoll acquired a technical degree from Universal Technical Institute in 1985, with an emphasis in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR). In 1994, Mr. Driscoll founded TVR Inc., an Idaho HVACR company located in and serving the Treasure Valley. Through hard work and perseverance, Mr. Driscoll grew TVR from a 1 employee operation into a thriving local business that now employs over 80 Idahoans and has a fleet of nearly fifty vehicles.
